Describe the challenge you want to address:: The loss of our youth and younger adults because of their lack in education/ training. The loss of professional knowledge being waisted due to retirement.
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:: This idea would benefit all . Retirees have so much knowledge to share with those that are seeking help. Retirees would be able to teach,advice, and train our community. How can we accomplish this ? Well, retirees are struggling too. They are living off their benefits for the most part. If a tax free grant were provided to these professionals it would give them a little more income and our younger genreation would benefit in many different ways A safe location would be needed so that both the learner and the teacher would feel safe and learning would begin! Our retired communities come from so many differnt backgrounds such as Educational, Banking, Nursing,and so on. Why not take advantage of their knowledge!
