Describe the challenge you want to address:

Rain run off. Will help mitigate climate change; slow down the amount of rain that may cause flash floods; help with cost of water by using collected water for gardens, tree pits and cleaning the street.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Give homeowners in this community free rain barrels. Provide the community with mini workshops on how to best use the rain barrels. Provide mini lessons on how diverting rain water to barrels can help prevent overflow of our CSOs.
