Cleanliness and creativity of city owned appliances such as parking meters and bike racks.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

I think giving artists from all over NYC a chance to collaborate with each other to make themed art based on the environment these items are placed at would be very appealing and add color to NYC. Searching and adding space for the bike racks without causing burden should be considered as well, as many abandoned bikes have been left unused in more bike friendliness neighborhoods. Taking the effort as a community, having people clean these and bring life to some dull objects can bring people together.
