Describe the challenge you want to address:

I want to address the dirty streets and transportation that the entire NYC population uses, these unsanitary places effect the well being of many people from young to old, rich to poor, and citizens to immigrants.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

I idea is that the garbage trucks switch there schedules to at least three times a week. The city should fund the sanitary and transportation departments so that they are able to have funding to hire more staff and products to clean both the streets and transportation vehicles.
