"A lot of young people/artist in general don't have a space/outlet where they can express themselves artistically.

This results in them doing graffiti around the city (and then subsequently getting arrested in legal trouble for that). "

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

"Turn an abandoned building/warehouse into a space where people can create art (we mostly were thinking about graffiti and young people specifically). The funds could be used to buy art supplies and maybe even pay the artist for their work.

At the end of the year, the building could be opened to the public so that everyone can see the artwork"
