Barriers to employment due to social stigma, logistical challenges (securing housing), personal challenges (e.g. mental health, substance use)

Mentorship and apprenticeship program for a cohort of formerly incarcerated or justice impacted women. The program would offer both re-entry services in addition to providing women with opportunity to gain stills / knowledge related to sustainable, fulfilling careers
