City Employee (Voluntary) Off-Duty Internship Program
Implement program that will help city employees identify & successfully transition to a 2nd career post retirement. Partner w/major NYC companies/agencies/educational facilities & allow for up to 2 unique internships (non-paid) per year per employee in fields pre-selected by employee & city career counselor. Create qtrly. networking events. This will help adults identify new opportunities & explore new interests while cont. to contribute to NYC culture/life.

City workers should be assisted in finding 1v1 lol and making the transition to a second job after retirement via the implementation of a specific program.
