Telework/Hybrid schedule
Allow city employees to telework/hybrid. Most of us haven't received a raise since 2019 and are suffering to get by. Allowing us to do the job we did successfully for 2 plus years at home will allow us to save money and better work life balance, which will help our mental health tremendously. Stopping treating though were incapable, when we were more than when the city needed us to work outside of our 35 hours during the pandemic with no compensation.

if the pandemic taught us anything it taught us it can be done. this would give the agency space to save money on office space rental. if set up the right way employees will be able to get more done also saving money on overtime. it also would promotion employee wellness and togetherness.
