Merit Pay/increase pay
The average city employee only has seen their salary increase from overtime, promotional exam/title change, union contractually raises , and (very rare) a raise from their employer. It seems NYC agency goals are to increase productivity without increasing wages. Agencies should have a program that financially rewards hard-working, dedicated employees that are essential in maintaining and improving the workflow.

These skilled employees are drowning financially only to retire to work again, due to a low salary. Some even have to work two jobs just to pay the rent. Help us.
