Require Annual Code of Conduct Training at City Agencies
All city agencies get annual sexual harassments training which is very important. There are more Code of Conduct violations than Sexual Harassment violations at City Agencies. If all employees were directed to refresh/review their Agency's own Code of Conduct policy annually, then maybe we would have less disciplinary issues, suspensions, and terminations - this adds costs to the City and the employee. Images/docs/agencies suggestions will be provided at the next round.
