Save lives in the Train Station
I think glass/plexi barrier doors on the subway platforms similar to how some of the airports have it for the air trains, could be life saving. Examples in JFK, Orlando, Vegas. On the platform there are a set of glass doors that only open once the Train has pulled into the station. Doors remained closed all other times and there is no chance of falling/jumping off the platform, being pushed onto the tracks and even help to prevent track fires from garbage being tossed.
