Child Protective Specialists are one of the most forgotten about civil servants across NYC and I believe to increase morale and reduce high employee turnover, the City of New York should allocate funds to host a gala/ ball for NYC CPS across the five boroughs once per year.
At this event, CPS, managers, supervisors, and supporting staff can be honored for their life changing work and dedication to helping NYC children and families.
