360 Evaluations for Managers
Too many supervisors/managers lack proper oversight or input from staff. The private sector/non-profits/others have moved to 360 evaluations. Most City agencies rely on old/outdated eval processes and view staff as simple cogs to be replaced. New York City deserves the best public sector workforce and should incorporate modern management/supervisory training- 360 evaluations.
