Domestic Violence Training for Businesses/Organizations
The city should provide training to interested businesses/groups on how to recognize, encourage reporting and respond to victims of sexual/domestic violence. Providing resources to employees of places such as hair salons//bars/grocery stores could help those victims who are hesitant to go to the police but might report the abuse somewhere else. This training could also be given to employees who work in municipal buildings, clinics, libraries, schools, courts, etc.
