A Citywide Call Center
Set up a Citywide call center that all agencies can use. The costs for every single agency to set up a call center are prohibitive. This was a MAJOR challenge during the pandemic. However, ONCE a call center and tech support exists, marginal costs of expansion are relatively low. This would save the City time and money in the long run.
This is different from 311, that typically handles only specific citywide functions, rather than discrete and often time-limited programs.
