There is a large movement for the dismantling of systemic racism, bias, and discrimination; policies on paper are great. The problem is not receiving feedback from the frontlines nor actual support to implement these policies. Instead of throwing away money on multiple programs stick to one and utilize to its full fidelity. Everyone has their hand up for recognition yet those doing the work are left to dry and are expendable. Please address the issues
