Start a "Waste-free Take-Out Program"
To reduce take-out container boxes, consider a program in which users would buy a standarized metal container like a tiffin tin. Take-out orders would be sized accordingly. A deiivery person would drop off food in a tiffin box, and collect one to return to the restaurant.
