Culture Day for City Employees
As a City employee, it would be nice if we were given at least one paid day off to be able to celebrate holidays that may be important to our culture or religion. The City workforce is comprised of individuals that come from different, cultures, races and religions. Here are a list of some (not all!) holidays that employees could use their "Culture Day" for:
- Eid al-Fitr
- Lunar New Year
- Good Friday
- Rosh Hashanah
- Yom Kippur
