Establish NYC Clean Crews at local schools to tackle litter

Engendering young people with a sense of responsibility for their communities by establishing clean up crews to tackle litter and take on neighborhood improvement projects in partnership with the local community to beautify city streets. This would not only impart civic responsibility and beautify NY, it would strengthen an ethos of volunteering among the city’s youth.
