Provide hybrid work using current time & leave policy- Accrue WFH DAYS/HOURS
There are both positive & negative outcomes when allowing employees to WFH, however the long term outcomes will provide more value to the city, ex. increased employee morale to improved business continuity, attrition and attraction of more talent with lower salaries, etc. I propose starting off with a basic system where employees can accrue WFH days/hours based on civil service years and provide a bank of days and hours per month for employees to use as WFH or SLD (stress less days)
