Work from home and the office
I love my job, we do excellent work. While working from home, I never worked harder, it's quiet and clean. In the office it is noisy and filthy, and makes for a very difficult work environment. It would be a big money savings to the City if City workers could work from home, save on lights, paper, and would be an automatic raise for City Workers--less commute, so much less stress, higher quality of life, probably less mental health issues

I do agree with Margaret! My commute is 3hrs and I work 35hrs/week - my commute is almost as 1/2 the time I'm sitting in the office. talk about work-life balance.
Working from home allowed me to sleep more, go to the gym and even share more dinners with my family. I was less tried and stressed to the point where I'm considering looking for jobs with telecommuting options.
I'm tired of the filthy drains lined with drug addicts and the homeless and the anxiety of a possible attack by either.
Remote work (also known as work from home [WFH] or telecommuting) is a type of flexible working arrangement that allows an employee to work from remote location outside of corporate offices.
