As a NYC public school teacher, this gives parents access to watch every child, not just their own. This violates the other students' right to privacy. No parent has the right to watch children other than their own, and this creates so many more problems in that way. I agree that students behave differently in different environments, and I like that you're trying to come up with ways to solve the problem. But, I don't think this is a legal way to do it.
