Pedestrian safety, auto emissions and less traffic

Alternate side of the street parking for street cleaning. The street sweeper should be followed by traffic enforcement. And only that traffic vehicle could write summonses to vehicles that disobeyed parking rules. Once the street sweeper passes vehicles should be allowed to park on the street that was just cleaned without being summonsed. This would cut down on double parked vehicles, cars idling, endlessly circling blocks looking for parking and pedestrian safety.

This could be done with automatic enforcement currently on Select Bus Service routes.
