Take more advantage of city employees workforce, Cross functional duties assisting other agencies w/ critical issues, not limited to dual employment
City employees could Impact current issues and it may require less funds than hiring more employees. City employees could provide service when they are not on the clock at their respective agency. We have the power to affect change and impact. For example, we have HOPE, CERT and DOHMH canvass groups, we should enact programs/job opportunity like this for public safety, quality assurance, community policing by using current employees. This could also work for many community issues.
