Teleworking / hybird schedule
Mayor Eric Adams should allow Municipal Employees to work from home / or be on a hybird schedule to save on a wide range of expenses, travel time, and for safety.
These Office spaces can be converted into food pantries, affordable housing for those who have low incomes, or serve as shelters for the homeless .

I agree with you. City workers should have a hybrid schedule. We are never taken care of. We are always on the bottom of totem pole. City workers are the ones who keep the city running. Why should we suffer because private businesses are losing money? Having a hybrid schedule keeps us safe.

I also agree with a 2 to 3 day teleworking schedule for hard working NYC Employees. Our city ran seamlessly during the midst of the pandemic. Covid has changed the way that we live and interact with one another and most importantly it has changed the way we approach work.
I completely agree with you. According to what I've read, manufacturing surged dramatically during Covid. What about parents with children? Because of the holidays, students must be absent from school. In instances like this, parents should be able to work remotely.
i agree with work from home specially when you have kids it saves you a lot of time and make it less stress.
