Telework/Education
Capitalize on city employees' ability to telework, repurpose office buildings for much needed schools. This would also provide equity for city employees; private corporations offer this option creating better work life balance.
More school buildings can help reduce the overcrowded classroom environments in NYC public schools. Teleworking would also put less stress on the public transportation system which is not able to support the current travel needs of commuters.

I believe ALL City Workers in ALL UNITS should have the ability to
telework. Some units do but Tort EIU does not. It is unfair. Reporting to work 3 days a week and work from home 2 days.
We still contribute to the economy in our neighborhoods of NYC and are more productive.
Long overdue.
It is unfair that some city agencies get to telework. NYPD is one of the agencies that doesn't do it. Again, no fair at all that city workers are not treated the same.
The idea that transcribing https://transcriberry.com/ only entails writing down every word spoken in a recording, video, or speech is a prevalent fallacy. Simple, yes? Just concentrate, write, and viola! Your items are located there.
This delineation is of key importance in understanding the virtual work challenges faced by pedagogues in schools, professional education institutions. Research about telework and lifelong learning has the potential to contribute to a sustainable working life in terms of providing more flexible.

Managing literally distanced employees calls for remote monitoring coreball skills. When teleworking, employees experience troubles in interpersonal relationships and also challenges because of expert seclusion. Therefore, supervisory and business support in the education and learning field is also of terrific relevance
