Tele Work Made Permenant
NYC employees showed that they can be productive at home during this pandemic.
Employees who are basically back office , with no interaction with the public should be allowed to continue working from home.
Safety is low, moral is low, and an economic contribution can also be made in our own neighborhoods.

I am absolutley in favor of flexibility for hybrid or full remote for staff that don't need to interact with the public. At least let us do 2 days remote p/week or more ideally, one-two full weeks in-office and the rest remote. Since coming back to the office full-time, I am not spending any more money locally since I now make and bring my lunch. But when were coming in part-time I would "splurge" on those days and go out to eat.
I'll submit this as an idea, if not already suggested. But the City should identify flexible offices in communities, like We Work, that City staff could work from. There could be more economic balancing and benefits for the communities.
