One-Stop Customer Service Network
Create a network of customer service transactions for overlapping processes in City Agencies; i.e permits, inspections, approvals and sign-offs. The "Network" generates an appointment for customers to meet with all the necessary agencies at one location to complete the overlapping transactions. if a customer needs Department of Buildings, FDNY, DEP, DDC transactions, the customer has an appointment with representatives from these agencies in one location on one specific day.

This ties to an idea I've had, which is that the city needs a single CRM or digital system to keep track of all the needs and interactions citizens have with our government. Why do we ask folks to fill out the same info dozens of times in different forms? Bringing a customer-first mindset to how we interact with our clients would be hugely impactful in how they experience our government -- as a partner in accessing services rather than a bureaucracy to work around.
