Your proposal to adopt a flexible hybrid work schedule for city employees and repurpose city-owned or leased buildings for critical social services is a great idea. By reducing the physical footprint of city employees, the city can save on real estate costs, while allowing employees the flexibility to work from home or in a hybrid environment can improve their work-life balance and reduce stress. Additionally, repurposing unused city spaces for housing for unhoused individuals, daycares, senior centers, or other social services is a compassionate and practical solution that can benefit the community as a whole. This proposal is a true win-win situation, and I hope that it receives serious consideration from city officials. For more related information: https://loodgietersbedrijfutrecht.nl/
