Being more innovative in flexible in how we use city office space could also increase collaboration and innovation between members of the city workforce -- imagine if sustainability and housing experts were working side-by-side, or if DOE staff had more relationships with folks who administer social services for our students? Has the potential to save money, spur creativity AND boost employee morale, at a time when all of these things are desperately needed.
