Submission of Ideas to Agencies and Organizations
All Capital and Expense projects are vetted by District Committees with regards to need and equity. Capital projects are then submitted to the respective City agency for evaluation and cost by February 1. Expense projects are vetted by Council Offices. Final agency responses are returned to the District Committees by Feb 11, 2022.

Finalization of Ballots
District Committees review responses from city agencies and community-based organizations and select final projects for the ballot. Ballots submitted for translation and formatting.

Vote Week Promotion and Site Selection
Participating Districts promote projects, finalize voting plans and prepare for vote week.
